The Patents Office is now offering a Trade Mark clinic service, allowing members of the public to meet with Trade Mark Examiners to discuss matters concerning trademark applications they intend to make to the Office or have already made. To avail of this service, please make an appointment through our Information Centre, providing the following information:

Have you ever made a trademark application before?
If your query relates to a pending application, please provide the number of the application in question.
If you already hold any applications or registered trade marks please give their numbers.
You will then be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time. Appointments will be initially scheduled for one hour’s duration.
