The Patents Office is now offering a Design clinic service, allowing members of the public to meet with Trade Mark Examiners to discuss matters concerning design applications they intend to make to the Office or have already made. To avail of this service, please make an appointment through our Information Centre, providing the following information:

If your query relates to a pending design application, please provide the number of the application in question.
If you already hold any applications or registered designs please give their numbers.
You will then be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time. Appointments will be initially scheduled for one hour’s duration.
